John 9:4 I MUST WORK THE WORKS OF HIM that sent me, while it is day: the night comes, when no man can work.

In my daily devotions today this is the scripture that captivated my mind and heart. As we pray and ask God to speak to us by His Word, AND THEN TAKE THE TIME TO SPEND TIME (QUALITY) IN HIS WORD, it is then that we give God the opportunity, the open door if you will, to answer the prayer of our heart! To give us the petitions, the cry of our soul. GOD! Speak to me by your Word! Guess what? If you or I will do this in sincerity, and honesty of heart, THE LORD WILL ANSWER! As He did today for me. And as He will for anyone, and everyone that would simply ask Him. Seek Him while He may be found! There is a scripture for that. Where it is right now I do not know, but will look it up and post it later. The topic at hand is, I MUST WORK THE WORKS OF HIM!!! Let's look at this for a little while why don't we.

First off, we must ask ourselves do we know that He has sent us? In the setting here in John we see Jesus making this emphatic statement. There was not any doubt in Jesus's mind that He was sent by God His Father. So, we too, must also know without a doubt that we are sent. Sent by whom? The same GOD! Same Father! How can we know like Jesus? It is when we know Him! Personally for ourselves. Knowing His Word! Knowing that we have been born again! Born from above. We are not the same man or woman that we used to be. Our desire is towards Him. Our heart is towards the things of God. If we have never experienced a real change in our heart and mind, then I would really be concerned about the condition of your soul. You have to meet Him one on one. THIS IS CALLED FAITH! Which comes from God. What is the condition of your soul? Stop and really think about it. Ask God to help you. He will. WE NEED HIS HELP!!! WE CANNOT MAKE IT WITHOUT HIS HELP!!! We will never know that we are sent by the Father until we know that JESUS is our SAVIOUR! You and I will never be able to work the works of Him until we know without a doubt, assured by His Word, that we are the children of GOD! We can know! We too like Peter can say, LORD, to whom shall we go? You have the Words of eternal life.
     And we believe and are sure that You are that Christ, the Son of the living God. (John 6:68,69)

GIVE ME THE WORKS GOD!!! GIVE ME THE WORKS OF GOD!!!

WHY?!  I MUST WORK! I HAVE TO WORK! Why? TIME IS RUNNING OUT!!!

I will continue with this teaching that God has laid on my heart as we go forward and onward, and upward in Him! Until then, May God richly bless you!
